• Not use this site to impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any firm
• Not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the security or availability of the platform

4. Our Role: We Are a Comparison Service

Tax Tommy is a lead generation and comparison platform. We connect individuals seeking IRS tax relief with licensed tax professionals. Specifically:

• We do not employ the firms listed on this site
• We do not represent you or any firm in any professional capacity
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, tax saving, debt reduction, or penalty relief
• Any engagement with a firm is a separate agreement entirely between you and that firm
• We are not a party to any contract between you and a tax relief firm

5. How We Earn Money: Advertising Disclosure

Tax Tommy operates a tiered listing model:

• Listed Partner (free): Firms that submit a verified application and are approved receive a free listing. These firms appear in a rotation on the results page.
• Verified Partner (paid subscription): Firms that pay a monthly subscription appear on every page load, with higher visibility than free listings.
• Premium Partner (paid, featured): The highest tier. These firms appear in a featured card at the top of results.

Listing placement is determined by subscription tier and is not a personal recommendation, endorsement, or ranking based on quality, results, or suitability for your specific situation. The subscription fee is paid by the firm and does not affect the fees or services they offer to you.

This site may run paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms. These ads promote Tax Tommy's comparison service and are subject to the advertising policies of each platform.

6. Advertising and lead generation

Tax Tommy is an advertising-supported comparison service. By submitting your details through our "Get Costs" feature, you expressly consent to:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and approximate debt range being shared with the tax relief firm(s) you select
• Being contacted by those firm(s) via email, phone, or text message regarding your tax situation

We share your details only with firms you have actively chosen. We do not share your information with any firm you have not selected, and we do not sell your personal data.

Results shown on this site are not a guarantee of eligibility, approval, savings, or outcome. Tax relief outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, the firm you choose, and the IRS's decisions. Individual results vary significantly.

7. Firm Listings: No Warranty

All firms listed on Tax Tommy are independently licensed tax professionals. We review applications before listing and may remove firms that we believe do not meet our standards. However:

• We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the performance, quality, or suitability of any listed firm for your specific needs
• We do not verify every claim made by listed firms
• Credentials displayed are provided by the firm and should be independently verified
• You should always check a firm's credentials with the relevant licensing body (e.g. the IRS, your state bar, or the AICPA) before engaging them

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Tax Tommy provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information found on this site
• We are not liable for the actions, omissions, advice, or services of any firm you engage through or after using this platform
• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed $100
